You will be responsible for leading a core team of engineers and designers to build amazing products that serve thousands of businesses, owning a set of key and customer & business problems. You will drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for your domain in order to meet ambitious company goals.We’re looking for someone who can partner and collaborate across various internal teams, has a deep understanding of our customers and technology, and can deliver financial products to streamline complex business flows via a fantastic user experience.Please note that this Product Management role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at one of our NYC or SF offices at least 2 days/weekWhat You’ll DoMatch customer understanding with business goals to deliver great products and experiences alongside a team of world-class designers and engineersOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of Ramp’s new product offerings (currently in stealth)Help thousands of finance teams on Ramp more successfully manage their finances by expanding the capabilities of our productLeverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings, disambiguating the signal from the noise for the core product experienceContribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to grow the product management function as Ramp scalesWhat You NeedBA/BS in a technical or analytical fieldMinimum 3 years product management experienceStrong customer empathy and design thinkingFluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisionsExperience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offsDemonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers toward a common goalAbility to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNice-to-HavesExperience in high-growth startupsExperience building products with significant AI component, bonus if leveraging LLMsExperience building consumer, financial products, or problem spaces requiring complex systems thinkingBenefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for yo ...
