We are seeking an exceptional product leader to own our risk platform roadmap. As part of the product team, you will define and evolve our end-to-end risk product vision, strategy and execution by leading a core team of engineers and designers to build amazing products for our customers. This will require partnership and collaboration across various internal teams (especially finance and risk), a deep understanding of our customers, and the ability to deliver financial products and streamline complex business flows via a fantastic user experience.Please note that this Product Management role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at one of our NYC or SF offices at least 2 days/weekWhat You’ll DoOwn Ramp's risk product roadmap, focusing on our application experience and risk management systemsImprove how Ramp evaluates risk and builds the infrastructure to scale to hundreds of thousands of businesses across the USDrive product development by working closely with engineering, design, and various customer-facing teamsDefine and establish metrics that allow insights into the success of our productsUse data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve our product offeringDeliver industry-leading products and user experiences by combining business acumen with creative product strategyContribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to scale the product management function at various stages of growthWhat You NeedBA/BS in a technical or analytical fieldMinimum of either:5 years of product management experience3 years of product management experience and 1+ year of experience as an engineer or data (applied) scientistExperience managing software products from ideation to launch - including managing the product vision, day-to-day prioritization, design, and go-to-market strategyDemonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers towards a common goalExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to evaluate product decisions and trade-offs while being hyper-focused on delivering value for our customersComfortable using large datasets and leveraging insights to make decisionsNice-to-HavesExperience in high-growth startupsExperience building products ...
