Job Description

AI Enablement Operations WE ARE AN APPLIED AI LAB BUILDING END-TO-END SOFTWARE AGENTS. We're the makers of Devin, the first AI software engineer, and Windsurf, the AI-native IDE. Together, they represent our vision for collaborative AI teammates that enable engineers to focus on more interesting problems and empower teams to strive for more ambitious goals. Our team is small and talent-dense. Among our founding team, we have world-class competitive programmers, former founders, and leaders from companies at the cutting edge of AI including Scale AI, Palantir, Cursor, Waymo, Tesla, Lunchclub, Modal, Google DeepMind, and Nuro. Building Devin and Windsurf is just the first step—our hardest challenges still lie ahead. If you’re excited to solve some of the world’s biggest problems and build AI that can reason on real-world tasks, apply to join us. About the Role The AI Enablement Operations Lead is the "Air Traffic Controller" for our global Enablement team. As we scale across the US, South America, and India, the complexity of coordinating high-stakes workshops has outpaced our current ad-hoc processes. This role ensures that every workshop is an exceptional experience for participants, directly driving millions in annualized consumption by removing technical and logistical friction before we ever step into the room. You'll own the full logistics lifecycle — from visa coordination and room booking to repository indexing and VPN access — while managing the master calendar for 10+ Enablement Engineers across time zones. You'll be the primary point of contact between Account Directors and technical teams, ensuring pre-work is never dropped. And over time, you'll transform our current processes into a scalable, repeatable playbook that raises the bar for every workshop we run. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the details, and who has the credibility and confidence to hold senior stakeholders accountable when it matters most. Core Responsibilities - Own the Workshop Readiness Checklist — covering visas, Wi-Fi, room booking, catering, and repository indexing — for all global sessions - Manage the master calendar for Enablement Team, matching the right personnel to the right customers across time zones - Serve as the primary POC for Account Directors and Customer Champions, ensuring 100% pre-work completion (questionnaires, technical grooming) before every engagement - Turn our current ad-hoc logistical requirements into a scalable, repeatable playbook that eliminates unprepared sessions - Collaborate with Enablement Engineers, Engagement Managers, and leadership to continuously refine and improve the workshop experience Requirements: - Background in Project Management, Customer Success Operations, or Technical Event Planning at a high-growth SaaS company - Exceptional organizational rigor and attention to detail — you treat checklists as non-negotiable, not optional - Technical literacy sufficient to communicate with engineers and clients: you understand what "indexing a repository," "VPN access," and "SDLC" mean - Proven ability to influence and hold accountable senior stakeholders across internal teams and customer organizations - Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning difficult conversations when timelines or quality are at risk You might excel if you… - Have operated as the single owner of a complex, multi-stakeholder process in a fast-moving environment - Have experience building operational playbooks from scratch, not just following them - Are energized by the idea that a flawlessly run workshop can directly translate into millions in customer value - Have previously joined an early-stage team where autonomy, speed, and execution were critical
