We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Recruiter to support hiring across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering. This role will partner closely with hardware teams and provide strong day-to-day recruiting support while growing in scope and ownership. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering roles Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs Build and execute sourcing strategies across hardware and engineering talent pools Support candidate assessment and interview calibration across engineering roles Manage the end-to-end candidate experience Collaborate closely with hiring teams, providing consistent communication and support Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate pipelines
