Senior Recruiter - Fleet Operations

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter, Fleet Operations to support high-volume hiring across robot operations and service engineering. This role is critical to scaling frontline and technical operational teams and requires the ability to manage large pipelines across multiple candidate profiles. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across robot operations and service engineering Build and manage large, high-throughput candidate pipelines across multiple role types Partner with hiring managers (typically 1–2 levels below VP) to set clear expectations on hiring timelines and outcomes Recruit for roles including robot repair technicians, service engineers, teleoperators, and wranglers Support hiring for data collection, QA, and operational support functions Develop scalable sourcing strategies across diverse candidate personas Maintain strong candidate experience while managing high volume Track and optimize recruiting funnel metrics and pipeline health Improve processes, tooling, and workflows for high-efficiency hiring
