Application Instructions:
The Summer Internship is expected to start May/June 2026 and continue on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) on-site to August/September 2026.
This role requires a successful candidate to be on-site at our San Francisco office.
Waabi’s Commercial Product team defines and delivers the end-to-end commercial product—network, services, and operations—that makes autonomous trucking deployable and scalable. We sit between autonomy and customers, turning driverless capability into something that can be launched, sold, and
expanded.
We’re hiring an MBA Intern to own and drive a critical segment of Waabi’s autonomous trucking network and services product. You will take ownership of a real, high-impact problem and drive it from ambiguity to initial deployment plan.
Example areas include:
Designing elements of our trucking network (site strategy, facility requirements, operating models).
Defining service offerings that enable driverless operations (e.g., AV maintenance, data workflows, command center).
Structuring early commercial pilots and scaling framework.
You will:
Own a scoped problem end-to-end: problem definition → requirements → tradeoffs → recommended plan.
Build structured frameworks across product, operations, and GTM.
Drive cross-functional alignment (autonomy, operations, commercial).
Make explicit tradeoffs across time, capital, and autonomy readiness.
Deliver a clear, executive-ready recommendation with measurable impact.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an MBA degree, graduating December 2026 onwards.
Experience in product, GTM, or operations (AV, logistics, or consulting preferred).
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to move from strategy to execution.
Strong analytical and first-principles thinking.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive independent ownership.
This is not a traditional PM role building software features. Your role is to construct the product blueprint and commercial processes essential for scaling driverless trucking.
The US yearly hourly range for this role is: $31 - $58 USD/hr in addition to competitive perks. Waabi US Inc.’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The hourly base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
