Remain hands-on - whether writing foundational code, leading design reviews, or refactoring key systems. Act as a force multiplier by mentoring Staff Engineers and influencing the careers of future Principal-level talent. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring engineering capacity matches market and customer demands.
