Our engineering team is building a Composable Customer Experience Platform with Packaged Business Capabilities (PBCs) , giving customers the power to choose between a turnkey solution or a composable toolkit integrated into their enterprise stack. Our engineering organization (120+ people, scaling fast) is structured into Customer Experience Automation (CXA) , Product Platform , and Technology Platform —together delivering a Composable Customer Experience Platform . The Role As an Engineering Manager (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will be entrusted with one of the most critical missions: Building and leading a high-talent, high-performance team of engineers. Ensuring that the team delivers enterprise-grade, resilient, and innovative AI solutions that customers love. What You’ll Do Build and scale world-class teams: Hire, mentor, and elevate exceptional engineers. Create a culture of ownership, bias for action, and continuous improvement. Raise the technical bar: Partner with Staff and Principal Engineers to drive architectural excellence, reliability, and pragmatic perfectionism—design for tomorrow, build for today. Who You Are A proven engineering leader (8–12+ years in software engineering, 3–5+ years in people leadership) with a track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade systems at scale.
