People Operations Specialist Company Orcrist is building a next generation data intelligence platform using cutting-edge technologies. Role As People Operations Specialist with a focus on recruitment operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our recruitment processes run smoothly, efficiently, and provide a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role sits within the People Team and focuses on the operational backbone of hiring. What you'll do Own and manage Greenhouse, including maintaining job postings, pipelines, and candidate data Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams Ensure a smooth and structured hiring process for candidates and hiring managers Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and headhunters Support offer preparation and ensure smooth handover to People Operations for onboarding Continuously improve hiring processes and workflows Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline health Help scale hiring operations as the company grows Support with ad-hoc tasks from People Operations About You 3+ years of experience in Hiring Operations, HR Generalist or similar roles Strong hands-on experience with operational HR processes Solid understanding of German labor law and HR compliance basics Experience working with Greenhouse Highly structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously High attention to detail and strong process orientation Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset German and English C1+ Nice‑to‑haves Experience in a scaling startup, tech company or holding structure Exposure to multi-entity or international HR setups Experience in conducting interviews Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting operations Interest in process automation and HR efficiency Experience working remotely or in distributed teams What We Offer Remote‑first in Germany with occasional team events in Berlin.
