Staff Technical Recruiter - Manufacturing

We are looking for a Staff Manufacturing Recruiter to lead hiring across our factory and manufacturing ecosystem. This is a highly senior, high-impact role supporting executive leadership and owning recruiting across manufacturing, automation, test, and related technical domains. This role requires strong judgment, independence, and the ability to operate at a systems level across multiple technical disciplines. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing engineering, automation, test, software, and mechanical roles within the factory ecosystem Partner directly with executive leadership to define hiring strategy and talent priorities Operate as a strategic talent partner with minimal guidance, driving hiring outcomes independently Build and execute sourcing strategies across complex, highly technical domains Assess talent across a wide range of technical profiles with strong calibration and judgment Mentor and elevate other recruiters, helping scale team capability and standards Design and improve recruiting processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability Contribute to broader talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design discussions
