Role Summary We are seeking a highly driven Digital Growth Specialist to lead and execute our digital growth strategy across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data driven digital marketing initiatives that accelerate growth, increase engagement, and improve conversion across our digital channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with proven experience in performance marketing tools, SEO, paid advertising, and website optimization. They should demonstrate a clear creative instinct for campaigns, messaging, and content, and be well-versed in using AI and legacy technology for growth marketing. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and scaling digital systems that drive measurable results.
