Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Talent Acquisition Employer Brand Specialist to support ALX Africa’s growth through a balanced mix of end-to-end recruitment and employer brand execution. This role will focus on attracting and hiring high-quality talent across technical and non-technical functions, while also helping shape how ALX is perceived as an employer by candidates and talent communities. The successful candidate will manage hiring processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to a positive, efficient, and inclusive candidate experience. In parallel, they will support and execute employer branding initiatives across social media, talent communications, content creation, campaigns, and community engagement to strengthen ALX Africa’s visibility and appeal in the talent market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the operational side of recruitment and the creative side of storytelling, and who can translate ALX’s mission, culture, and employee value proposition into compelling candidate-facing experiences. Specific Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and execute effective hiring strategies. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, communities, and external partners.
