Who we seek: A client-facing Sr. Project manager who will be assigned to work with our enterprise customers, driving solution deployment and customer roll-out success of BigID implementation projects. What you’ll do: Work closely with client stakeholders in order to define project objectives, scope, business requirements and associated timelines Plan implementation engagements and deployment efforts with BigID and client stakeholders while managing client expectations Engage with multidisciplinary internal and client teams to ensure a smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customers’ environments Prioritize project tasks, effectively communicating project status, updates and changes internally and externally, and working with the project team in order to meet tight deadlines Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Create customized diagrams, documentation, or process runbooks meeting specific customer business requirements Work closely with our Services, Support, Engineering and Product Management teams in order to document product issues, enhancement requests raised in the field, and create and update relevant customer-specific documentation What you’ll bring: 5+ years of project management experience within the Information Technology/ SaaS space 3+ years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise software implementation and/or hands-on technical activities within enterprise environments Self-starter Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Experience with other privacy, data or security products What’s in it for you?!
