📞 Job Opening: Collections Specialist Location: Lima, Peru (On-site) 📌 Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST or 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST 🎯 Role Objective FinFit Ops is seeking an energetic and proactive Collections Specialist to join its support team. This role focuses on providing high-quality customer service, maintaining positive relationships, and managing a high volume of contacts to resolve outstanding balances. Main Responsibilities -High-Volume Communication: Contacting clients by phone and email regarding outstanding balances. -Empathetic Service: Providing clear, professional, and relationship-oriented service. -Disciplined Follow-Up: Conducting consistent follow-up on outstanding payments to ensure timely resolution. -Transactional Support: Review basic invoices and resolve minor discrepancies. -Data Integrity: Record payment statuses and maintain organized documentation in internal systems. -Activity Reports: Generate daily or weekly reports on collection efforts and contact volume. ✅ Requirements -Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (in progress or completed).
