More details can be found at the following link [https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits](https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits). **Duties:** Partner with the Marketing and Business Partnerships organizations to advise on product launches, operational initiatives, Marketing Campaigns, Digital Media, Consumer Protection, Strategic Partnerships, and Marketing Law issues. Provide ongoing legal support for various marketing activities across our Delivery Marketing Legal Team, including Uber Eats, Postmates, Grocery, and Retail. Serve as a point person for Marketing Law in the U.S. for restricted item verticals such as alcohol and CBD. Collaborate with other legal stakeholders such as product, IP, Litigation, employment, and privacy counsel. Update and maintain marketing playbooks and guidelines based on applicable laws, rules, and regulatory developments. Collaborate on and draft internal training on relevant legal issues. Work with stakeholders to implement changes in internal processes. May telecommute. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires: 01.
