We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to head our EMEA Field Channel Marketing function. This role will drive regional demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and partner-led growth across EMEA, aligning closely with Sales, Global Marketing, and Channel leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology marketing, with a strong track record of building high-impact field programs and scaling partner marketing in complex, multi-country environments. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the EMEA marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth, revenue, and market expansion across priority markets Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with regional business goals and support deal acceleration and customer expansion Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing programs (including digital, events, ABM, and partner-led activities) tailored to regional needs Develop and scale partner marketing initiatives, building joint plans with key partners to drive co-marketing and co-selling success Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, geographically distributed team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment, consistency, and impact Own and optimize regional marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, ROI, and budget allocation Leverage data, insights, and market feedback to continuously refine strategy, improve execution, and maximize business outcomes Requirements: 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant focus on field and/or channel marketing Proven leadership experience managing regional or multi-country teams in EMEA Strong background in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise SaaS preferred Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through marketing Experience working closely with sales teams in a high-growth, target-driven environment Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect GTM models Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Data-driven decision maker with a focus on measurable outcomes Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Willingness to travel
