MOIABerlin, Germany; Hamburg, GermanyPosted 23 March 2026
Job Description
Join us as a Product Manager
(all genders) in our Rider Feedback
team
and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!
The Rider Feedback team enables MOIA and its global customers to understand how riders experience autonomous (AD) trips. We collect and analyze feedback ranging from overall satisfaction, perceived safety, and comfort to specific input about pick-up and drop-off locations.
Building on this data, the team develops actionable feedback insights through clustering, aggregation, AI-based categorization, and by connecting feedback with other data sources. Our goal is to identify trends and patterns that help teams across MOIA continuously improve the autonomous mobility experience.
