About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and highly organized Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a key role in supporting interview scheduling, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. This full-time role offers the chance to grow your career while contributing to a collaborative and supportive global team. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks across time zones and regions.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring logistics are accurate and clearly communicated
Partner with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to support a timely and positive interview process
Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts or process-related questions
Assist with recruiting tasks such as background check tracking, offer letter generation, and other coordination activities
Respond to recruiting tickets and help troubleshoot or escalate issues as needed
Provide cross-regional support based on team priorities and business needs
Identify and recommend improvements to coordination processes and tools
What You’ll Bring
1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with teams across time zones
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to follow structured processes and work independently with guidance
Bonus Skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Interest in talent acquisition, coordination, or operations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
Experience working with global or distributed teams
