THE OPPORTUNITY Flock Safety is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join the Logistics and Distribution team. In our warehouse in Atlanta GA, you will work with a team of dedicated employees in working toward Flock's overall mission. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role by helping the team produce finished goods that are essential to our Field Operations team. Our Assembly Technicians are responsible for the building and repair of solar panels that are critical infrastructure for our crime prevention technology. This position will help support all areas of the Warehouse including but not limited to: merchandise handling, receiving, shipping, packaging, and the handling of cardboard and waste for team efficiency as needed. THE SKILLSET - Familiarity with operating pallet jacks and forklifts, with proper certification and training. - 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or retail environment. - Proven experience in material assembly or a related field. - Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools. - Must have a basic knowledge of Word, Google sheets, Sales Force experience is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. - Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment for extended periods. - Solid understanding of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to them consistently. - Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Physically capable of performing receiving and material handling activities - Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs. - Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance - Sets practical work goals, establishes priorities, and produces quality work Feeling uneasy that you haven’t ticked every box?
