What you’ll do The Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations, is a pivotal role within our North American SME Sales team, driving go-to-market strategies for our US and Canada businesses. We're seeking a self-motivated individual who will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to implement high-impact initiatives that accelerate our revenue growth. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy. This role is based in Toronto. Responsibilities: - Lead go-to-market strategy: Identify, prioritize, and size key verticals to ensure optimal product-market fit in emerging market - Drive GTM experiments: Leverage data and business acumen to conduct experiments that enhance revenue efficiency - Identify product needs: Conduct research to gather customer feedback and drive stronger product-market fit in our core market - Project manage: Own projects from start to finish, collaborating with local and international cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives - Influence and collaborate: Serve as a strategic business partner to commercial teams and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives Who you are We're looking for individuals who meet the minimum qualifications. Preferred qualifications are a plus but not mandatory.
