ABOUT THE TEAM You’ll join a high-impact team responsible for the growth and governance of Airwallex’s investment solutions, including Airwallex Yield. Airwallex Capital Hong Kong Limited (CE Number: BUL570) (Airwallex Capital) is an SFC licensed asset manager and launched Airwallex Yield, a low risk-rated discretionary portfolio management service in 2025. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Responsible Officer / Executive Director, you will play the leading role in ensuring Airwallex Capital’s full compliance with SFC rules and regulations for Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management). You’ll lead the implementation and management of robust policies and procedures, support the development and growth of Airwallex Yield and other capital markets products, and act as a key partner to Sales in handling customer interactions and increasing funds under management. This role is based in Hong Kong. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure compliance with all SFC rules and regulations relating to Types 4 and 9 regulated activities, including the implementation and ongoing management of policies and procedures. - Act as Responsible Officer and Executive Director, and Manager-in-Charge for Overall Management Oversight and Key Business Line, in supervising regulated activities and maintaining the highest standards of conduct and governance. - Oversee the development and ongoing management of Airwallex Yield and other capital markets products, driving product innovation and operational excellence. - Support Sales and Commercial teams by handling customer interactions, addressing complex queries, and helping to increase funds under management. - Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors, and internal stakeholders, including handling SFC inquiries and inspections. - Maintain and operate effective compliance and risk control frameworks, including regular reviews of business processes, trade reporting, record-keeping, and capital adequacy. - Participate i ...
