Job Description:
1. Execute company strategies effectively, ensure all key performance indicators are met, and achieve sales targets with high quality as outlined in the company’s sales plans.
2. Proactively reach out to, expand, and convert inbound leads or registered customers through various sales methods, including telemarketing, digital marketing, and online follow-up.
3. Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with customers who are not immediately convertible, and ultimately drive conversion through new business opportunities.
4. Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream departments, communicate effectively with the Marketing and Channel teams on lead conversion, and assist downstream sales teams in converting complex scenarios.
5. Maintain sensitivity to and track industry-related information, provide timely feedback and suggestions, explore and promote new business cooperation models, and contribute to the sustainable development of the company’s business.
6. Embrace and drive change, adapt to team optimizations and improvements, and proactively propose constructive suggestions for enhancement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing experience, with a background in banking/cross-border payments/cross-border e-commerce preferred, or experience with SaaS products in large internet companies preferred.
3. Strong self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and a sense of accountability for outcomes.
4. Excellent planning and customer communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
5. Outstanding learning and communication abilities, quick thinking, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
6. Sharp market insight and accurate analytical skills, capable of effectively developing and maintaining customer resources.
