We handle public relations, government affairs, and corporate communications to ensure transparent and effective engagement. By advocating for Airwallex’s interests and navigating complex regulatory environments, we support the company’s strategic goals and growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO We are seeking a visionary, high-velocity creative and collaborative social expert to lead our U.S. content strategy. You will partner with Executive and Corporate Communications to drive awareness and foster high-level conversation around the unique role Airwallex plays in the global economy—from enabling "Global on Day One" startups to powering the next wave of AI-driven growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who lives at the intersection of technology, finance, and culture. You are comfortable navigating the nuances of Silicon Valley discourse, the complexities of global banking, and the fast-paced evolution of social platforms. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco or New York. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the creation of social-first campaigns centered on Airwallex’s core pillars: AI-driven growth, modern global banking, and the empowerment of startups to operate without borders. - Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate technical product launches into creative, high-impact social campaigns across multiple channels and executives that drive awareness and demonstrate tangible value to our customers. - Work directly with the Corporate Communications team to build bespoke social strategies for our CEO and select executives. You will grow their personal audiences and position them as thought leaders on key narratives including the future of fintech and the platform shifts in AI. - Partner with Corp Comms to inject the Airwallex brand into the center of Silicon Valley conversations.
