About the role
Dremio is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in the DACH market to manage a large region and drive sales to enterprise customers (5k+ employees). Individuals who excel at this job have the ability to generate pipeline (via email, phone, network, partner ecosystem), develop, and close business while focusing on the clients’ requirements.
This role offers the unique proposition of taking ownership for the whole Enterprise market segment in Central Europe and driving further revenues through expansions within the existing client base and net new market development. Through its unique category defining Intelligent Lakehouse Platfrom built of Apache Iceberg, Dremio offers its customers an accelerated path to AI and Analytics. With a strong local market presence, full GTM support team, notable DAX customers references and a mature partner ecosystem, this role comes with notable earning and career developments prospects.
Our DACH team are looking for a driven, ambitious, intelligent, confident and credible individual to join their GTM growth plans for 2026.
What you’ll be doing
Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts by developing a sales strategies in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan
Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
Be the trusted advisor to existing customers by understanding their existing and future data roadmaps
Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings
Driving the sales process from initial prospect to opportunity closure
Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
What we’re looking for
5-8 years experience selling complex IT cloud solutions
Proven track record of hitting annual quota
Experience closing $200k+ ARR deals with 6-9 month sales cycles
Self starter with high energy/positive attitude
Native German speaker with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
