<p>As a Staff Software Engineer on our Ecommerce team you’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to contribute to the development of our next generation Ecommerce platform, working across a robust ecosystem of Ecommerce tools and products, and building a first-class customer experience. We’re seeking an engineer who values scalable distributed systems architecture and exceptional user experience—someone eager to blend technical depth with product vision at the foundation of Webflow’s platform.</p>

<p>As a Staff Software Engineer for the Ecommerce team, you’ll …&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers beyond your team to plan and build product capabilities that enable our Structure product goals</li>
<li>Effectively communicate team priorities and strategy to engineering and cross-functional leadership teams&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to champion technical standards while balancing business strategies and requirements</li>
<li>Build, document, and test production code that impacts all Webflow customers</li>
<li>Participate in all engineering activities including incident response, interviewing, designing and reviewing technical specifications, code review, and releasing new functionality</li>
<li>Lead projects that directly contribute to team and engineering organization's deliverables</li>
<li>Solve problems in a highly technical platform that empowers hundreds of thousands of people</li>
<li>Improve our planning, development, and deployment processes to help you and your fellow team members</li>
<li>Tackle complex technical challenges on a collaborative and geographically distributed team</li>
<li>Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams</li>
<li>Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of engineers of various levels</li>
</ul>
