Compliance Analyst

Compliance Analyst Location: Belgrade or Novi Sad Role Summary: The Compliance Analyst is a key individual whose responsibilities directly contribute to maintaining a strong, compliant cyber security posture and supports ISMS alignment with updated ISO standards. As a member of the Compliance Team, you will help maintain programs designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA) of our customers' most sensitive data and improve the customer experience. This position is responsible for ensuring that company practices, policies and processes are defined, documented, and performed in accordance with contractual and compliance requirements. In this role, you will leverage your project management and relationship management experience to support the continual growth in security, privacy, and ITSM compliance certifications and programs, including work towards new standards and certifications. This role has a particular focus on improving ISO 27001:2022 controls, Business Continuity Management System and other compliance programs. Your contribution: Support maintenance of Information Security Management System (ISMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), AI Management System (AIMS) or other management systems are required; Evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls and standards to ensure compliance with the applicable audits and assessments; Assist with compliance and audit programs across multiple teams, including operations, security and product engineering; Clearly articulate compliance programs and manage communications with internal stakeholders regarding operational processes and key controls; Act as liaison for compliance engagements between required departments; Assist in the management of external compliance audit activities; Facilitate third-party management by engaging in collaborative compliance initiatives; Develop and implement internal policies and procedures in support of compliance initiatives; Familiarity with international standards and Software as a Service, particularly supplier management, continual improvement and business continuity; Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned; Required Skills Ability to adapt and work multiple projects simultaneously; Must have a proven track record of achievements; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; Ability to work independently without daily supervision and be autonomous; Exercises sound judgment and decision making; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proven ability to work in a busy environment where multi-tasking may be required; Driven, self-motivated and a quick learner;· Ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals; Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality; Works well under pressure; Be reliable, responsive, timely and courteous.
