Digital Project Manager We're on the lookout for a Project Manager with digital project experience, a high level of ownership, organization, and collaboration skills , and a passion for creating a more sustainable and equitable world for all life on Earth. We are looking for someone to join us  full-time , and we can offer a salary range of  €30,000 - €40,000,  depending on your experience. Our vibrant team is spread across  Spain, Portugal, and the UK . Currently, people work remotely or in our office in Madrid . Must have skills and experience: Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams in developing data-driven and online platforms or services. You can adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in dynamic environments. You remain calm under pressure and can handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience in Agile environments. Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and management to help clients understand the needs of the project. Experience delivering projects on time and within scope and budget, as well as managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. You can galvanize a team to deliver a project vision and provide the tools they need to succeed. You can work closely with the team and our clients to shape the project from the beginning.
