Job Purpose
As a Solution Advisor (Presales) , you play a key role in the sales process by understanding prospective customers’ challenges and clearly demonstrating the value of beqom’s solutions.
You act as a trusted partner to both customers and the sales team — translating complex business requirements into compelling solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and proposals.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role with exposure to senior stakeholders in large, international organizations.
What will you be doing?
Partner with the Sales team to support the acquisition of new enterprise customers
Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives
Design and deliver proof-of-concepts, mapping detailed customer requirements to beqom’s technology
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from Global Heads of Reward to Reward Analysts
Produce high-quality written deliverables, including RFP responses and security questionnaires
Participate in customer meetings, events, and occasional travel as required
What are we looking for?
You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, either:
In HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting), or
In an in-house role within reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams
Native-level French and fluent English
Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and demo skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented, flexible, and collaborative approach
Nice to Have
Additional European language(s)
Experience in HR Tech, especially in reward, compensation, sales commissions, performance management, or pay equity
Value or management consulting background
Exposure to enterprise software sales
