Recruiting Coordinator

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We’re looking for a highly organized and candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will play a critical role in delivering a seamless interview experience while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams to keep processes running efficiently. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers throughout the hiring process Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews, including managing travel, accommodations, and reimbursements as needed Build strong relationships with candidates and key stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Recruiting team, etc.), ensuring clear and timely communication Host candidates onsite and ensure a smooth, high-quality interview experience Support Recruiting Operations projects and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency What You’ll Need 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (startup experience preferred) Familiarity with Greenhouse (or similar ATS), Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information A positive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment Willingness to take on ad hoc projects and contribute wherever needed Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $70,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
