The Role The Business Systems Analyst, HR Apps role is responsible for driving improvements in the processes and technologies supporting primarily our Employee Success (HR) Team, but also the global workforce @ Veeva. This role will work closely with Employee Success (ES) Business Operations leaders to effectively, manage, support, and implement solutions that meet ES & Veeva needs in the short and long term. As a BSA this role will be expected to continuously understand global business processes, work closely with stakeholders on the right solutions, and be an Employee Success go-to for collaboration and solution guidance within Workday, but also other platforms.
