Position Overview The Director of Clinical Quality and Training will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care delivery across Sprinter Health's clinical workforce. This position will oversee all aspects of clinical quality assurance, develop and implement comprehensive training programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HEDIS quality measures. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with operational excellence to scale quality care delivery as we expand our in-home preventive care services. This is a remote role, but will require 25% of travel.
