Brokerage Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

Commercial / Multifamily Brokerage We are a top-performing and fast-moving multifamily investment sales team seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator / Operations Administrator to manage deal flow and day-to-day operations with minimal oversight. This role is for someone who understands the context of commercial real estate transactions, can anticipate next steps, and takes ownership of communication, follow-ups, and details to keep deals moving smoothly. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $30 - $35 per hour. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.  Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. This is a part-time position, 25-29 hours a week.
