This unique hybrid role combines strategic product management with hands-on technical development responsibilities. You will partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance our customer experience, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Product Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and own the product roadmap for Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.), aligned with business objectives.</li> <li>Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear user stories, product specs, and acceptance criteria.</li> <li>Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.</li> <li>Monitor and report on product performance metrics, adoption, and feedback.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Leadership & Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers and architects to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.</li> <li>Contribute to the development process with hands-on work where appropriate—such as building flows, custom objects, Apex classes, Lightning components, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).</li> <li>Own technical documentation for product features, data models, and architecture.</li> <li>Ensure code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and deployment best practices.</li> <li>Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and proactively suggest relevant innovations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.</li> <li>3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, etc.).</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering complex technical products using Agile methodologies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.</li> <li>Experience working with ...
