Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive cost efficiency, profitability, and capital effectiveness.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong> </strong><strong>Financial Leadership & Business Partnering</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Act as finance business partner to Plant Director, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain functions.</li> <li>Drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights on cost, productivity, and investment returns.</li> <li>Lead annual plant budget, quarterly forecasts, and 5-year financial planning cycles.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong>Costing & Controlling</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Manage detailed shop-wise cost centers (Body, Paint, Assembly, Powertrain, Battery, Utilities and Logistics).</li> <li>Implement standard costing, variance analysis, and shop-level cost KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap, labor efficiency, overhead absorption).</li> <li>Support SAP CO module (Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, COPA) configuration and reporting.</li> <li>Develop and track Cost per unit (CPU) and Cost per kWh for battery assembly.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong>Operational Finance</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Partner with operations to improve material utilization, energy efficiency, and labor productivity.</li> <li>Monitor manufacturing KPIs (throughput, rework, downtime) with financial impact analysis.</li> <li>Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives through financial evaluation.</li> </ul> <ol> <li><strong> People Leadership</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor manufacturing finance</li> <li>Build financial acumen across plant operations teams.</li> <li>Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.</li> <li>Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing mindset.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.& ...
