About the Role: In this role, you will help create operational clarity and scalability for the Professional Services organization by: Improving visibility into services performance Ensuring the PSA system is well-governed and reliable Enabling leadership with actionable data Supporting a scalable services delivery model You will: PSA Platform Ownership Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. Manage system configuration, workflows, data quality, and ongoing enhancements. Drive adoption and ensure the PSA supports scalable services delivery. Services Operations Process Improvement Design and optimize operational processes across project creation, resourcing, delivery tracking, and project closure. Support the development and operationalization of the services delivery strategy. Resource Planning Delivery Insights Partner with Services leadership to support resource planning, utilization tracking, and capacity management. Provide visibility into delivery performance and staffing needs. Reporting Analytics Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for key services metrics such as utilization, delivery timelines, project health, and services revenue. Provide data-driven insights to support operational decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve post-sales workflows and reporting. About you: 5+ years in Professional Services Operations within SaaS/technology companies. Experience with PSA tools, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional communication.
