What you will do - Own day-to-day expense accounting. Include: 1) preparing and posting expense JE in ERP and reconcile to bank statement for overseas bank accounts; 2) Reviewing expense JE which automatically generated from OE system; 3) ensure the accuracy of accounting treatment for expense, prepayment, account payable and accrual. - Perform multi-currency bank reconciliations and ensure completeness/accuracy of postings by tying bank activity to the GL and expense systems. - Support expense workflows and integrations across Feishu (non-US) and Bill.com http://Bill.com (US), keeping documentation clean and audit-ready. - Assist month-end close for expense-related accounts: reconciliations, schedules, variance follow-ups, and cross-team coordination across regions and sales platforms. - Learn fast, take ownership, and deliver high-quality outputs with a proactive, positive mindset." Skills, qualifications and experience we look for - 1 to 2 years of experience in expense accounting, AP and accounting operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced high-tech business environment. - Working knowledge of expense accounting treatments: expense, prepayment, accounts payable, and accruals. - Experience preparing and posting journal entries in an integrated ERP and supporting bank reconciliations. Experience with SAP or Oracle is preferable. - Comfortable working with cross-regional team and using English as a working language. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance. - Able to work resiliently and outstanding problem-solving skills.
