The team combines data, technology, and customer insights to reduce risk while maintaining a seamless customer experience, and plays a critical role in protecting both customers and the business. This is a group that values analytical rigor, ownership, and thoughtful decision-making — and we’re excited to continue growing the team!</p> <p>As a <strong>Credit Business Analyst</strong>, you will design, build, and monitor fraud defenses across our banking and credit products. You’ll use data to identify emerging fraud risks, translate insights into actionable strategies, and work closely with product, operations, and engineering partners to implement solutions. Your work will directly influence fraud loss outcomes while ensuring customers can confidently use Robinhood’s financial products.</p> <p>This role is based in our <strong>New York, NY; Menlo Park, CA; or Washington, DC</strong> office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least <strong>3 days per week</strong>.</p> <p>At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Use data, technology, and customer insights to design initiatives that reduce fraud across our banking and credit products</li> <li>Partner closely with product managers, operations teams, and engineers to build and execute fraud defense strategies that protect customers and the business</li> <li>Seek out relevant data and information to independently solve complex, ambiguous fraud problems</li> <li>Own the development, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of fraud defenses, using performance signals and feedback loops to iterate and refine strategies</li> <li>Develop and execute fraud strategies that balance risk reduction with a positive customer experience</li> <li>Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders, tailoring insights to the audience and driving alignment</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decisions</li> <li>5–7 years of experience building and leading credit and/or banking strategies that delivered measurable results</li> <li>Hands-on experience using SQL and at least one statistical or pro ...
