<p>We are searching for a strategic community management and operations expert to join the International Community team and help grow Reddit outside of the US.&nbsp;<strong>As an integral part of the International Community team, this role plays a key role in helping Reddit realize its mission: bringing community and belonging to&nbsp;<em>everyone in the world</em></strong>.&nbsp;</p>
<p>As the Senior Community Manager, you will be at the forefront of jumpstarting and fostering local communities. You will be an expert of the Indian market, proficient in English, and focused on proactive initiatives to build bridges with local volunteer moderators and innovate, iterate, refine, and scale our international consumer playbook. The insights derived from your relationships and experiments will help accelerate our growth in the India.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Gain a deep understanding of the market to identify user and local moderator challenges, and market opportunities.<br>• Iterate, innovate, and scale the consumer growth playbook by recognizing new opportunities, suggesting bold ideas and programs, and persuading internal teams to align on new plans.<br>• Build strategic plans to cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators (i.e., volunteers who develop, maintain, and shape the culture of local communities). Implement a conversion funnel designed to onboard power users and external creators, transforming them into active moderators.<br>• Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize and improve the international consumer growth playbook.<br>• Be obsessive about achieving aggressive goals and outcomes.<br>• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, set KPls, and execute impactful community initiatives: leverage data to uncover community and moderator insights that will influence the direction of the local team in the market.&l ...
