The only way to make this happen is to truly love your craft and be deeply committed to growth.</p></div><p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>In this role, you will be a part of the Finance team, which is responsible for all financial transactions of the company. The Accounting manager will own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and compliance processes across US, UK, and India entities. They will oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Close & Financial Controls</li> <ul> <li>Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes</li> <li>Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies</li> <li>Perform Bank and Cash reconciliations</li> <li>Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies</li> <li>Perform reasonableness testing on P&L and balance sheet movements</li> </ul> <li>Intercompany & Global Accounting</li> <ul> <li>Record and review intercompany management fees</li> <li>Own intercompany entries and eliminations</li> <li>Perform intercompany reconciliations across: US, UK, India, and consolidated books</li> </ul> <li>Compliance, Tax & Audit Support</li> <ul> <li>Maintain and update the global compliance calendar workbook</li> <li>Maintain strong documentation and audit-ready schedules</li> <li>Assist with - US tax filings and coordination with tax advisors</li> </ul> </ul> <h4><strong>You will thrive in this role if you:</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Customer-Centric Approach:</strong> Clear communication with non-technical employees with a proactive problem-solving approach. </li> <li><strong>Attention to Detail: </strong>This role needs to be highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in processing sales incentives and monthly payouts.</li> <li><strong>Organizational Skills: </strong>Efficiently manage dual responsibilities across various functions like AP, Payroll, GL, and Bank while tracking numerous transactions.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement Mindset:</strong> Maintain efficiency and accuracy in the accounting system<strong> </strong></li> <li><strong>Integrity</strong>: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What you bring:</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years in related finance roles, with a solid understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity accounting principles.</li> <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with hands-on experience in NetSuite, and at least one AP or Payroll software.</li> <li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage comple ...
