About Binance Academy Binance Academy is the education arm of Binance, focused on making blockchain and crypto knowledge accessible to users around the world. We produce free, high-quality educational content across articles, courses, glossaries, and learning campaigns, supporting users at every stage of their crypto journey, from beginners to advanced participants. As part of the wider Content Business Unit, Binance Academy works closely with product, marketing, data, and regional teams to deliver educational initiatives at global scale, including Learn & Earn programs, content localization in over 30 languages, institutional/government partnerships and on-platform learning experiences. As Academy continues to scale, we are looking to hire a Growth Manager to drive new user growth strategies, engagement, and retention across Academy’s content, courses, and learning campaigns. This role will focus on data-driven growth initiatives, working closely with Content, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to expand Academy’s reach and impact.
