These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings. For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role. This is not a maintenance role—it's an opportunity to define the product vision, hire and grow a team, and bring new solutions to market that help senior living communities thrive. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, market development, and hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that operators love—and that drive meaningful business results for PointClickCare.
