Learning Programs Partner

Manager development is undergoing a major transformation as AI reshapes how organizations work. We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and highly organized Learning and development partner to join Wix’s Organizational Development team and support the learning experiences that help managers grow and lead. This role focuses on owning and running end-to-end learning programs, ensuring they run smoothly, deliver real value, and continuously improve. You’ll coordinate complex programs, collaborate with facilitators and leaders, and help translate evolving management needs into meaningful learning experiences. In your day-to-day, you will:   • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of leadership learning programs  • Coordinate training cohorts, schedules, logistics, and program operations  • Work closely with external facilitators and partners, ensuring alignment and quality  • Own communication with participants and managers before, during, and after programs  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve program quality  • Manage operational aspects with external vendors, including contracts, invoices, and learning systems    • Strong program management and operational skills - you’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to run complex programs smoothly  • Thrives in a fast-changing environment, able to adapt quickly to last-minute changes and improvise thoughtful solutions on the spot. • AI-savvy mindset and curiosity about how AI is reshaping management and organizations • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders  • A natural ability to build trust with managers and participants  • Openness to rethink and unlearn traditional leadership models  • Ability to balance operational ownership with thoughtful insight About the Team  You’ll join Wix's Organizational Development team, part of the People Guild.
