ABOUT THE TEAM The Air Defense team builds robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. At a time when air superiority can no longer be taken for granted, the Air Defense team provides mission critical capabilities to warfighters. From detection to tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat, our family of networked sensors and effectors enables our customers to rapidly close the kill chain against a broad range of UAS threats. Working across product, engineering, business development, logistics, operations, and mission success, the Air Defense team develops, tests, deploys, and sustains the Anduril Air Defense Family of Systems in challenging operational environments worldwide. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Operations Associate on the Air Defense team, your mission is to do whatever it takes to maintain the health of our deployed Air Defense technology. You will be responsible for identifying, triaging, escalating, and managing resolution of all incidents across our deployed fleet of systems. You should have an aptitude for debugging and an appetite for real-time response, rapid resolution, and root-causing complex issues on electromechanical systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO Sustain Anduril’s Air Defense deployments by combining an understanding of our customers’ missions with deep knowledge of our products and integrations. Triage, diagnose and conduct root cause analysis of product incidents; drive post-mortem actions including providing status visibility through resolution. Collect, organize, and analyze system failure data to define trends, drive proactive sustainment processes, and support resource allocation. Consistently assess and ratchet up the quality of the fleet’s observability and telemetry in partnership with product teams. Communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across multiple business, engineering, and sustainment functions, influencing decision making and driving action to maximize capability availability for end users. Support Anduril’s global customers through proactive communications and detail-oriented execution. Perform maintenance on Anduril hardware through use of Linux command line function. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ year of technical support experience with a focus on final-tier customer concern support. Experience supporting and/or performing incident driven workflows requiring analysis, triage, and prioritization. Experience in on-call support operations and working in limited risk tolerance environments. Ability to work non-standard hours and weekends as needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS BA or BS degree from accredited institution Experience with observability tooling such as DataDog, Grafana, and Victor Ops; exposure to software development tooling such as Git and Jira.
