This role plays a critical part in modernising Service Partner Management by strengthening governance, advancing digital platforms, and accelerating the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence across a global partner ecosystem.
How you will make an impact:
• Lead the design, improvement, and global rollout of Service Partner Management (SPM) processes and policies
• Evolve the global governance model and operating rhythm to enable consistency, transparency, and accountability
• Drive digital platform development, including partner intelligence tools, dashboards, and workflow automation
• Identify and advance opportunities to apply artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making insights
• Enable alignment and standardisation across SPM International and SPM Global Customer Networks (GCN) through structured governance
• Develop and maintain clear, version‑controlled process documentation, policies, and operating frameworks
• Champion continuous improvement and best‑practice adoption across regions
The must have:
• 2–5 years of experience in project management office (PMO), process improvement, business operations, or transformation roles
• Demonstrated experience designing, documenting, and improving operational processes at scale
• Proven ability to drive standardisation across global or multi‑regional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complexity into practical, scalable frameworks
• High digital aptitude with a strong interest in automation, data, and artificial intelligence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for global stakeholder engagement
Nice to haves:
• Experience supporting governance frameworks, policy development, or audit and compliance initiatives
• Exposure to digital platforms, workflow systems, or analytics and reporting dashboards
• Experience designing or enhancing custom tools, dashboards, or data visualisations
