Job Title: Intake Specialist
Location: On-site (first 2 months), then Remote
Schedule:
• First month: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM CST and 11 AM - 8 PM CST
• Second month: Saturday to Wednesday, 11 AM - 8 PM CST and 12 PM - 9 PM CST
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview: We are seeking an Intake Specialist to support administrative tasks including handling inbound and outbound calls, drafting letters of representation, gathering client information, and organizing files in Dropbox. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, emotional intelligence, strong customer service skills, and a proactive, self-sufficient attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent customer service
• Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally
• Draft letters of representation and other correspondence
• Collect detailed client information for case management
• Organize and maintain files in Dropbox
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Empathy and patience when dealing with clients
