As a Technical Sourcer, you’ll own the top of funnel for our most critical engineering hires and work closely with company leaders to identify, engage, and attract world-class technical talent.This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves finding exceptional engineers, building long-term talent pipelines, and influencing hiring outcomes.In this role, you willPartner closely with Recruiters and Engineering leaders to build our Engineering teamsOwn and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for highly technical roles across the companyDevelop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach talentBuild and nurture long-term relationships with top technical candidatesContinuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectivenessOperate with a “one team” mindset to help the Talent team meet bold, company-wide hiring goalsYour background looks something like this6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with deep exposure to engineering rolesProven track record sourcing and engaging top technical talent in highly competitive marketsStrong technical curiosity and ability to understand complex engineering profilesClear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal partnersComfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentEven betterBring deep knowledge of the AI / ML / systems engineering talent landscapeHave a strong network of senior engineers and technical leadersUse data to diagnose funnel gaps and proactively unblock hiring challengesHave a sharp eye for technical talent and a clear point of view on what differentiates exceptional engineersCompensation$140k - $200k + equity
