Focus on achieving quarterly bookings targets (for Professional Services & Training) while meeting utilization targets by actively managing select project deliveries.Be measured on consumption progress and meeting consumption targets at your accounts as part of the broader account teamBe the Professional Services point of contact for your accountsOwn and contribute to internal process improvements across your team and the broader Professional Services organizationAbility and flexibility to travel to work with customers on-site 25% of the timeOUR IDEAL SENIOR PRACTICE MANAGER WILL HAVE:10+ years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) interfacing with executives and dealing with complex, technical implementation projects, roadmapping and revenue forecastingDirect experience in a Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud fieldStrong understanding of business solutions of our target clients, leveraging data as an enabler.
