This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” What You Will Do Lead a team of 5-7 members, overseeing performance tracking, allocating manpower based on project needs, and adjusting workflows to ensure efficiency and meet evolving requirements. Track and report on key performance metrics for pricing projects, identifying trends and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance. Evaluate process inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to optimize workflows and improve overall project outcomes. Perform quality assessments on temporary staff output, delivering targeted training and coaching to address performance gaps and improve accuracy. Basic Qualifications Proven experience in operational analysis or a similar role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization software like Tableau Strong attention to detail, with a patient, proactive mindset and independent problem-solving abilities Good communication and presentation skills.
