This role focuses on executing daily and monthly planning tasks, conducting data analysis, and providing operational insights to help improve efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and smooth operational execution. What You Will Do Support the execution of capacity planning models for last mile logistics, ensuring consistency with operational guidelines. Perform daily and monthly manpower and asset planning activities, working with operations teams to ensure timely completion. Analyze basic driver performance and cost data to identify trends and support efficiency improvements at the route or area level. Assist in maintaining and enhancing workforce planning tools to improve forecasting accuracy and operational responsiveness. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business decision‑making. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in planning operations. Hands‑on experience in data processing, analysis, and building basic analytical models. Strong attention to detail with a data‑driven mindset. Good communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with Tableau and SQL/Python. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience in logistics last mile or middle mile operations. Basic English verbal communication skills for discussion.
