Role Overview This position is a Business Marketing Specialist responsible for driving both online and offline campaign planning and execution, centered around building alliances with partner companies. By developing and improving initiatives based on data analysis, you will help lead overall business growth. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end project execution for online and offline campaigns, from planning and strategy development to implementation and performance evaluation Conduct data analysis related to campaigns and marketing initiatives, derive insights, and propose improvements Plan and propose alliance initiatives with external partners and drive collaborative projects Develop and execute partner and co-marketing initiatives Optimize initiatives and maximize outcomes through close collaboration with internal stakeholders Basic Qualifications Business-level Japanese proficiency At least 5 years of hands-on experience in partnership marketing, app marketing, or related fields Experience planning and managing online and offline campaigns Experience optimizing initiatives based on data analysis.Practical experience with CRM, PRM, and marketing automation tools Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Excellent project management and organizational skills Business-level English or Korean proficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience building alliances or executing joint promotions with external companies Experience in related industries such as food delivery, e-commerce, or app services MBA or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Virtual Onsite Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
